Attendees at this event will receive a short presentation by a Magistrate on sentencing within the Magistrates Court, which will be followed by a discussion and some exercises to participate in. This session will be held in Court Room 6, at the Hobart Magistrates Court.
Please note, there are TWO available sessions at the Hobart Magistrates Court. This particular session is the first session being held on Tuesday, 19 May 2026. The second session is being held on Friday, 22 May 2026 – please return to the events page to locate this session. Both sessions will run for approximately 1 hour.
This event is free of charge but bookings are essential and numbers are limited. Please note that photo ID must be presented on arrival. The Magistrates Court reserves the right to refuse entry to any person.
