As part of Law Week 2025, you’re invited to participate in a Sentencing Workshop led by a judge in the Supreme Court in Hobart. A discussion of sentencing principles and procedure will precede a role play scenario of a fictitious case by the Judge, Prosecution and Defence counsel. Participants will be invited to impose an appropriate sentence. Interactive discussion is encouraged. You be the Judge!
